Trouble Ordering Z3TA Upgrade

Hi All,
 
Is anyone having trouble upgrading to Z3TA 2.1? I added it to my cart ($49 upgrade to 2) and put the promo code in. Then I get a message that says cakewalk has to authorize the download or something. I Submitted ticket and will probably call tomorrow. Thanks for any help.

    No I went from the link, in my E-Mail, then signed in at the store, clicked the $49, and at checkout, put the code in the box, lower left hand of screen, and reduced price to like $34, but no problems.
     I have all my #s just not sure about installing yet, I like having physical discs, but it says it won't need the update, just goes right over top, or at least, that's what I'm trying to confirm! Sorry!

    Not insulting your intelligence, but do you have Z3Ta+ on your computer, and if so, installed, and registered? It may not be seeing the original, and giving you a hassle about upgrade, just a suggestion, good luck!
