Trouble downloading files... (CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOT WORKING)

I've tried sending this to Cakewalk's Order Support, but I just get an error message there as well :P Browser independent. Not very helpful! Anywho...
I'm having trouble downloading a couple items from my store account. Whenever I try to download either of them, I get an error page that reads:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

The items I'm trying to download are:
1) v 1.0.1 installer - ProChannel Concrete Limiter
2) Free Video: SWA Complete SONAR X2
The problem has persisted for several weeks. Can someone (preferably a baker!) please help me figure out how to get these files downloaded successfully? Thank you!
