Trouble installing the Sonar MP3 Encoder

hi all,
 
i just bought the MP3 encoder from Cakewalk.
 
when i run the setup, i get the following popup:
 
Can't Locate Shared Utilities
Please install Shared Folders by installing your Cakewalk application first.
 
i have Sonar installed in Program Files on C:.
thoughts?
