Trouble

Man I am just frustrated.  Loaded a new install of Win7 x64 and Sonar X1 and nothing but troubles.  X1d installed, Extended installed.
 
Pro Channel GUI with Softube doesn't work.  The GUIs don't show up or only half show up
 
My Sends don't work at all.
 
My tracks don't play all of a sudden.  I have to create a new track and drag the content to that and recreate all FX and Sends.
 
Is this normal behavior?

    Just curious, Did you follow the instructions on Cakes Page for installing X1d and Expanded? ( with reverting back)

    this should be a tell tale sign of a video error.
    although you didnt write your spec in your sig or tell us what kind of system your trying to run x1 expanded,not extended on
    its very hard to make any assumtions.

    I also have this problem with the Softube bundle..
    I can't have them in my default setup of the prochannel, because of this.. It's very frustrating.. :/

    I have problems with Concrete Limiter as well.. Sometimes a channel or bus becomes silent because of this module. If I delete it and then insert it again everything gets back to normal.. :/

    Sounds like something has been corrupted during the installation.
    Recommend a fresh install of SONAR after a complete uninstall.

    Definitely sounds like a graphics card issue. Which GPU are you using, and what drivers?

    Using a standard inVidia  graphics cards.
     
    Blew away the whole machine and reloaded.  Same issues.
     
    The pro channel gui issues are not even the worst.  The fact that my sends are intermittent and that tracks suddenly do not output.  Creating a new track and dragging fx etc. over fixes this, but what a pain.

    THAT JUST HAPPENED!!
