Trouble with Sonar Platinum update download - directly or via Command Center

I go to the download page in my account to get update: 22.5.0.43.
When I click download icon, I either get a 16K file instead of a 435 MB file, or I get a message that the file "isn't the type normally downloaded" or it just doesn't download at all. I get the same from the 2 mirror sites.
The link to the core plugins update worked fine, so not sure what is the issue. Can anyone verify the links work for them?

Just checked, and the Command Center is also downloading corrupted download files for the Sonar Platinum update and the Documentation, as they are very small compared to what they should be.
