True - Blues Country Rock

Thought I would try this again as the last post had a bad link.

Iis the vox still too intelligible?

I left the "pitched by the waves" section a bit in the mud on purpose.

I re-recorded some of the vocal and cut everything in the vox below 220 hz.  I also added a 3 db bump around 2500k.

I got rid of the poorly done call/answer in the coda.

I cleaned up some other minor bits - the ending fade sounds much better.  I also cut the rhythm guitar out below 220 hz or so on the verses.  Now that I think about it I should do the same on the chorus. Added a bit more reverb to the vocal. But I want to keep it dry as I have other songs on the album with heavy vocal reverb.

I added some high freqs back to the bass and by doing so was able to cut it by 2 db.

Anyone think the drums are too hot or the organ is too low?

Thanks all!

I'm not the one you're looking for to critique your song, but I couldn't listen without commenting on that superb guitar line.

It was as expressive as a masterful singer, without taking center stage. It accented and "amened" everything you sang before it broke free in it's own marvelous solo and rapture. It was a gorgeous duet throughout.
