Trumpet samples

Does anyone know a free or inexpensive place to look for trumpet stabs and trills?

    I've recently purchased the entire pack from Embertone. 

    The Trumpet alone just blew me away - and I played 1st trumpet for 3 years!

    It requires Kontakt 4.2.4. $30.00 may seem like a lot, but it was less for me in the bundle. 

    This trumpet will be hard to beat!

    I like that Embertone trumpet a lot. 

    I almost never touch any of the Kontakt factory content, with two exceptions: tuba and trumpet, both of which I've used to good effect. No canned sequences in there, though, AFAIK.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

  • Kontakt 4.2 (Full Retail) is 32/64-bit, MAC/PC compatible Note: Native Instruments Kontakt version 4.2 or later full retail versions required..
  • Note: Free Kontakt Player will only work for 30 minutes with this product. Full version required to remove this restriction.

    There's also a thread in this Software Forum that has a good list of free VST's (you may have to search a few months back).
