Trying to find the arpeggiator in 8.5.3PE

I'm not new to Sonar, but am new to messing with midi/soft synths. I wanted to fool with the arpeggiator, but I can't find it... I saw clips that show it above the fx bin, and I found that I can select it to display, by clicking on the tabs at the bottom of the track view and selecting the widget manager... I just can't get it to show up for me. I have tried creating tracks via insert --> soft synth, and insert --> midi track, but though I can use Real Piano, or Dimension Pro, I  don't see the arpeggiator anywhere.

Probably a newbie oversight on my part... any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

curmei - in the lower left hand corner of the screen there's some tabs which toggle views in the properties area.  make sure you're tabbed to ALL and then you should be able to see the ARPEGGIATOR pull down menu above the FX bin (of a MIDI track, of course).

You've got the track header section too narrow. Move the boundary between it and the waveforms and you'll see it.

    Ha! You're a genius : )

Thanks so much. I knew that it was likely to be my idiocy that was causing this.

Well, its a little weird that it disappears like that. Someone else had that problem a while ago so I recognized it right away.

    Thanks again for your help.
