Turkey Becan Samich

i've decided to start the weekend lite! A nice low sodium turkey cut smothered in Becan with my bayou sauce and mustard on wheat! Iced tea and a  for dessert 
 
I have to watch my figure!!!

    Strangely there is no grease in my turkey! My Becan drains in a napkin then I lay 2 layers, top and bottom. It's pretty good
