Turnaround ft. Cian McGovern

Howdy folks. Hope all is well!

Here's a tune I wrote and Cian was kind enough to work with me on. Electronic production tricks abound!

Not being a huge electronica fan I will say that this is electronica that I can listen to.  Vocals, nice thingys going on.  You guys did a really nice job on this one.  I bet this would be a hit at a dance club.

Holy cow, tons of ear candy going on! Really modern mixing, a very modern song. I dug Stereo MC's back in the day and this seems right in that zone. Cool stuff.

I almost forgot about this number.

My favourite part is the second verse and the bridge and yes this is modern, I reckon something I would struggle to come up with on my own

Glad people like the vocals but seriously this shines because production-wise its close to something that would come out of a top-end pro studio (wink James!)

Pro sounding stuff here guys. After listening a few other tunes here (all of which were pretty darn good), this just jumped right out of the speakers, so punchy and clear. Love the vocal production, huge sounding in the choruses, yet 'set back' slightly in the mix. Superb.

I dunno the vox sound muffled (uncrisp) to me.

    Other than that great production.

Thanks James. It was a real labor of love to get this Stutter Edit program to work, but it does do some really awesome stuff.

yeah, I was thinking the vox sounded muffled for some reason too, very different for your productions which are usually very clean and clear.

otherwise, this is some funky stuff - nice work gents!
