UA-101 on ARC system 2

hello! i have a UA-101 and i buy the ARC system 2 () to make some measurments, my setup is
1)pc: windows 7 x64
2)audio interface: ua-101
3) monitors: 2.1 system 1 adam sub 8 + 2 satelites adam A5X
I connect the mic that the arc include on the pack on the first input of the front panel of ua (mic pre-amp), i have the phantom power to ''on'' possition as arc says the sample rate on 48k as arc says again. Now when i have all ready and i make some noize on mic i see the level of ua's leds to have response well but i dont hear that from the monitors. When i try to take the fisrt measurment on the listening possition arc start's the test tone fisrt from the right and then to the left monitor but when is finish it is say's that ''Some of the speakers were not detected. please check all the connections and levels.''
After my contact with Support Team of IK Multimedia they says to my :
''Make sure the mic input is not active in the software mixer of your sound card and is not filtertering back through into the monitors. like a feedback loop.''
how can i check if this happens and if yes to stop it ?
