UA-25, UA-101 going away? They're gettig harder to find. Any news?

I'm in the market for a new audio interface now that I can't use Firewire, but it appears as though the Cakewalk/Roland interfaces are going out of the market?  I can't find them on zzounds, musiciansfriend, bhphotovideo anymore and BestBuy has them backordered.  Amazon appears to be the last one standing.  I'm just curious, are they just running low on supply, or have they been discontinued?
 
I'd hate to purchase a UA-25 only to find it discontinued and software updates become scarce, or a newer interface becomes available and these are being phased out.
 
Any news would be appreciated.
