UPDATE FORUM EMAIL ADDRESS STILL WORKING?
Anyone know if still possible to update email and login info on forum, command center, and product sites on server, and or register a new account? Issue, my internet service/email changed, but wasn't supposed to cut off old service till end of month till I had time to change over login info, but did already.

Try going to the top of the page and click on "User control panel". There is a button "Update Email info". Not sure if this will do it but thought I might suggestion it.

I think you have to go to your account page on the Cakewalk site and change it from there, that is what I recall having to do many many moons ago. https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account

I just reset mine. A couple days ago I tried and it never sent me the email to change it. I just tried it now and it sent it, so perhaps they were having trouble or maintenance going on when you tried. Good luck!

Hey Chucke, yes thats the process, but then asks for my password, to change my email, which I cant seem to locate, (i.e., Google automatically logs me in to forum with saved password, I must have changed at some point), I guess worse case here is I dont get forum post emails. But was why wondering if I can still just create a new forum ID with new email.

UPDATE : I changed EMAILS and for some odd reason, making sure everything was right, the forums will not let me change my Email address for my FORUM email address. I have no idea why, but I made completely sure that everything was entered correctly, and on a side note : If it was not then I would not be able to type this information here now. I changed my email address but apparently, it's not allowing me to change my email address for my FORUM account here on the forums at this point.

Same here, so not just me, (Im sure I had correct password also), and I guess there's no contacts left who would respond to help? So cant receive email alerts to my thread responses anymore, drag . At least I can still login here under old email username. So you say you could still change email and/or passwords in main site associated with products? (i.e. from Command Centre). I dont want to risk losing access to that. Thanks for responses. Cheers
