Ua25ex and M-audio 2496 in the same computer? can they work togather?

Hi Guys,
            I own a Sonar PE 8.5, A 500 Pro controller keyboard, UA25ex and M-audio audiophile 2496 soundcard and had manage to get them to coeasist togather in my desktop after many days of trial and error. But what I really want is to record guitar on the UA25ex (input) while using the m-audio card (output)to render my softsynth midi recording at the same time. At the sonar audio option menu, I am only allowed to choose either UA25ex or the 2496 but not both. I had also tried asio4all but it is not stable. I had tried the wdm driver but the latency of both devices had rendered the whole operation pointless. 
 
            Does anbody had any experinece in this issue and can point me to the right direction. You help will be appreciated.
My desktop is windows 7 64bit, i5 cpu, 4 G RAM with 1T harddrive.
