Uh-Oh! Insert Series of Tempos <<NEVER MIND - FOUND

I don't see insert tempo change or insert series of tempos on the Insert menu anymore.  Where did that go?

I am too OCD to draw tempos and hope I get them right and create a smooth curve.

The commands are now under the Project menu.  Sorry...
