Unable to Register Dimension Pro and Raptor on new PC

No response to a  support case opened last week. Hopefully they are just swamped and will get back to me!
I have retired an old PC and am unable to register Dimension Pro and Raptor on the new PC.
Invalid Registration Code error. I see no way to deactivate these products on the old PC which has been reformatted and sold.

You need to run as Administrator before you enter the code. I just did this myself to test.
There was talk of not being able to use Dim Pro unless you used the server. This is obviously not true. I just used the registration number I had in my account. I do not have CCC installed.

And this is the 5th computer I have Dim Pro on so there's no limit. Also it's cool Dim Pro works in Cubase and probably most other DAW's.  As I see it we have it for life and it will always work which for me is pretty cool. I use it a lot. It's my main accoustic bass player in my band!

I agree with Cactus Music. I've had the problem a couple of times and I was able to correct as "Run as administrator"

I do beleieve that all Cakewalk products have always needed you to run as Administrator to be able to enter the code. It catches you sometimes. But now I'm in the habit of always running software installs in Admin.
