Unable to arm for recording???!

Hi, I am very inexperienced at the SONAR LE software and i have got myself into a bit of a mess.
I have a samson g track mic witch uses the SONAR LE software and i mainly use it to record my own songs.
I'm not quite sure how i did it but i think i clicked somthing and now i cannot seem to arm track one and track two for recording, and it now no longer recognizes my mic or my guitar.
I f anyone could help ASAP i would be very greatfull but please don't use too many tec words that i might not understand.
Thanks .

Typically, the USB mics act as a sound card.  If you have your guitar also plugged into another sound card at the same time, this confuses your computer.  Try unplugging the guitar and restarting your computer.

Make sure you select the correct I/O settings, with the Samson USB mic as your I and Master as O.
