Unable to create V-Vocal clip

I have the vocal clip selected but the V-Vocal options are all disabled.

Anyone?

    Make sure the clip is on a mono track. You can't use V-Vocal on a stereo track. If you recorded it on a stereo track, then you can bounce it to a mono track and then use V-Vocal on it.

    I found that in the Help and did exactly what you suggested but it made no difference.

    Try bouncing the clip in question.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
