Unable to open record device

Windows 10 acer aspire T Processor: AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 compute cores 4C +8g 3.50GHz RAM: 8g 1000g storage Sound comes out of earphones plugging into scarlett 2i4 Mic is a blue yeti pro plugged into scarlett in 2 in ports, left and right

Worked great till now i cannot open my projects ... Sound works from other apps but this one says "unable to open audio record device. Device may not support the current projects audio format or may be in use".
I tryed unplugging replugging, restarting my computer
Drivers are also downloaded, all aiso .. Any suggestions?

    If you open sonar with a new project (or no project) can you access your device?

    Is another audio app open and has your interface? Windows' own player, for example?

    ^^ I think jpetersen is right. Check Task Manager.
