Unable to use S K in Console View, if monitors mounted above each other. Old bug?

I have been( for the last year) unable to tweak the Saturation Knob, when my second monitor is mounted above my main monitor. It will not move with mouse adjustments, and is "frozen" in terms of adjusting it (I can hear it, buy no visual response). My workaround has been to adjust the Saturation Knob on my main monitor through the Inspector (I), and choose Pro Channel. I hope it is something that will be included in future updates. It has been like this on 2 pc' s, and SONAR X3 and SONAR Platinum.
