As you should. I included the phrase "if you feel the urge" to make it clear I was not telling anyone how to vote.

It's funny to see how each day lesser people are using "the industry standard"... I think that REAPER and Cubase are the leading DAWs now, closely followed by Studio One. With this "free" move, maybe Cakewalk by Bandlab will become one of the leading DAWs in few years.

As of today this (worthless) poll has Studio One in the lead by a significant margin.

They are too busy to deal with such polls.

Voted. If somebody can remember... It would be very interesting to take the same poll a year from now to compare results. To me, Cakewalk(by Bandlab) is still a 5 month old baby without teeth. (Or ancient dragon locked in infant body). It will take some time for the resurection to get noticed.

Take this for whatever you think this is For the record , I am very pleased with how well Cakewalk by Bandlab has been running on my computers . Also I'm pretty happy with the fact that Cakewalk is still being developed .. My DAW truth is this . Last Thanksgiving SUCKED & I'm not talking about the food , World Affairs , nor my home or my love life ... Forced on me or not . Becoming a DAW refuge seeking an alternative replacement for SPlat after shelling out for the lifetime membership was not on my too do list . Having said that , and after looking at the list of 18 DAW's in the poll , I said to myself Oh I have 10 of them on the list There was only one out of my 10 that I bought after Last Years Gibson / SONAR's Divorce Drama ... That seems to be the polls current DAW front runner ....BTW that fact means absolutely nothing to me because This Old Blues Dog doesn't have the time , the inclination , or the desire to have to relearn how to play musical fetch or roll over in a DAW I can't seem to bond with .... Hell I'm more interested in figuring out correct English Grammar so I can put the right number o's after the t in my to sentences ... is it to ? or is it too ? Cakewalk by Bandlab is what it is for me right now enuff said , Kenny
