Uninstall and re-install

I bought the SONAR LE/ UA-25 EX bundle.  When I first loaded it on my computer it seemed to work, at least was properly hooked up. But then I was getting no connection between the UA box and the le program - at least I think that is the case.
 
At any rate, I went in and uninstalled both programs. But now when I try to reinstall them, only parts of LE come up, but not the full program.  Any help would be greatly appreciated because this is now the fourth day of no success since I bought the program.

I should have been more clear - I am using PC with XP.
 
When I have uninstalled it and then tried to reinstall, the full program/bundle is not loading. Only up to LE Rapture, but not the shortcut to LE and the entire device

What I have discovered - I think this must be true - is that if you uninstall the software from your computer, there is some code written in it, that on the next attempt to reinstall it, software identifies that it has already been used. Meaning, if I am clear here, that it is supposed to only be licensed for one computer/one time. 
 
Whatever it is, if I am wrong, I sure hope someone out there knows how to answer this question, that: when I attempt to reinstall the cakewalk sonar le software onto my computer, only parts of it upload; not total le package. Is there a simple fix here?
