Unwanted Delays in Dimension Pro

I'm trying to do some orchestration with Dimension Pro and the DSF expansion packs vol 1-10 and I've run into a problem. For some reason, lots of the instruments, even pizzicato sometimes, have a delay before they begin to play making the song sound like it's all out of sync, even when the midi is correct. It's quite a big problem, and I'm wondering why DSF decided they needed to do this to their sounds. It only causes problems. If we wanted delay, we can add it, but we can't take it away, so... yeah. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for purchasing DSF Expansions 1-10. We have not program delays into the libraries. All samples are trimmed and have no dead air at the start. Most likely you will need to decrease your soundcard/ASIO latency. If you are using Sonar, please see Options – Audio.
