Update (7pm) Status of SONAR X1 free upgrades

We will be sending out email instructions later this afternoon for people who qualified for the free SONAR X1 upgrade. Everyone should get an email by 6 PM EST. Fulfilling this requires a little more time but we will deliver it by December 8th as promised. Thanks for your understanding.

    The emails are going to take a little longer than we expected. We are dealing with huge volumes right now as some of you might be able to tell. We apologize for this issue and are taking action to correct this issue. Our goal is to still get this out today.

    The free upgrade emails have been sent out. They should be arriving in the next few hours.
