Update - can't find the loops

I recently updated my Sonar Platinum. According to the update I should have received a bunch of sample loops/construction kits from big fish audio. I can not find them when browsing the media. Any advise on how to acces them. What am I missing?

They appear in Cakewalk Command Centre under Big Fish Audio Library.
You have to download and install them from there.

Once installed they are stored in your Audio Library folder in the Big Fish Audio Folder (I think the default is in C:\Cakewalk Content but I have moved mine so cannot remember exactly).

    Thanks for the response Zinc

I checked and nothing. I also checked everywhere else on the computer and nothing. When I updated through the command center I selected to update all, for which the big fish "stuff" was listed. I see the updated plug-ins and other contentent, but the big fish folder is nowhere to be found. Is there a Direct link. Perhaps I'm to late and since Calkwalk has closed it's doors the update is no longer available. Perhaps Big fish rescinded its agreement.

I appreciate any and all advice and direction/help

    Happy holidays to all

If you used the default pathway then it should be here:

    C:\Cakewalk Content\Audio Library\Big Fish Audio

Thanks for the response. Checked everywhere. This computer is only used for audio so there are not a lot of places to check. Regardless, I searched the the entire drive...nothing. And since I got all the latest updates, the control center is no longer letting me update. Nor is there I link to choose reload update for big fish audio. Strange.

Do you see the Big Fish Audio items in your Command Center? If so, when you click on each item (Like: Big Fish - Rock & Pop Rock Loop Collection), does it show the "Reinstall" button?

After I did the initial update I no longer see the big fish audio collection - no option to reinstall. It was only part of the mass update I did about 2 weeks ago. I see the reinstall for the other components.

If that is the case then contact support and let them know about it. It should be under "Your Products" on your profile page.

Unfortunately, with Calkwalk no longer in business there is no support for Sonar, or any Calkwalk related products.
