Update can't overwrite SONARPLT (because it is open)

Yesterday I was in Sonar PLT and went help check for updates and there was an update from .252 to .254 if I recall the numbers correctly. I left Sonar open and started the update. It seemed to hang but there was a dialog that under windows 7 32bit had not shown because it was not on top of all the other windows, but it said SONARPLT could not be overwritten because it was open. Saying so in windows error condition dialog style. Sure to cause stress an a call to TS.
 
So I closed Sonar and asked it to retry which it did and now were all good.
But consideration of this condition should be looked at because when one checks for updates from within Sonar most will leave it open.  Like flash updates and open browsers, the flash update typically tells us to kindly close our browsers without popping up a windows error (behind all windows - I feel your pain here btw.)
