Update on X1 Staff View (new bugs reported to Cakewalk)

I've tested the X1 trial version (1b) on two computers, one with Vista, one with XP service pack 3.  The problems below occur on both:

1.  Select a few midi tracks in track view.
2.  open staff view either with a screenset or by using the view directly.

The staffs selected do not show up in the staff view as expected.

Another problem:

In staff view, select 4 or 5 midi tracks.  They appear as expected, and their names appear in the staff view's track pane on the right side of screen.  Now change views and go back to the staff view.  The same staves are there, as expected, but the track pane on the right is missing tracks, and sometimes screen gibberish shows up and "remnants" from another view.

A 3rd bug:

In staff view, in all other incarnations of Sonar, if you scroll the staff, you'll see the name of the track just below the staff (staves) on the left side of the screen.  In X1, there is no name.  This bug alone renders the staff view unusable for note entry and editing--you don't know which track you're editing!  And since the track pane is not working correctly, well, you get the idea.

I will be satisfied with Sonar 7 for now, a solid, reliable piece of software I've used for 3 albums so far.   I'm relieved Cakewalk issued a trial version.   Since this is a trial, I cannot in good conscience "acquit" yet, I need more evidence to the contrary.

ATTENTION.  I made a mistake in reporting the 3rd bug, above.  It is NOT a bug.  If you have more than one staff open, you WILL see the names of the track.  My error, I apologize.

    UPDATE on bug.

I discovered this bug is not with the staff view, per se.  It is only occurring when the staff view is displaying as a screenset.   If you set up staves (with track pane on right side of screen open) and go to another screenset, when you go back to the staff view screenset, the tracks in the pane do not correspond with the tracks in the staff view.  Also, remnants of others view remain until you click on or resize the pane.
