CWBRN-53742 : VU tick marks will not change color in preferences. Version 2016.06

I have segmented meters disabled. I had my meters set for the VU Hi level and the VU Low level to be orange, and the VU Tick Marks to be black. When I started up after installing early access, the VU Tick Marks had changed to white or light grey, and preferences will not let me change them back to black.
 
Anyone else have this problem?
 
Update: I can change the color of the VU Tick Marks if I enable the segmented meters. If segmented meters are disabled, the VU Tick Marks revert to the segmented meter default light grey.

    Updated with CWBRN number. Discovered that this bug is present in both available themes.

    I tried to follow the link for this to check the status, but I get an error message on the Cakewalk site. Maybe it's been deleted?
     
    Problem still exits in latest version.
