Updates to Rapture, Dimension Pro

So saw the news on the updates for each, sounds like the entire focus is on Leopard compatibility?

Can I safely skip this update if so, and then update to a future update that might include more relevant elements to me as a Windows user?

Thanks in advance for any response!

I have been assured that there are other fixes involved, including a smart installer that will allow Rapture x32 to be installed on a x64 machine... Which is the particular fix I'm personally waiting for. I'd go ahead and get it. You can always go back to an earlier version.

Let me say up front that I don't know any of the details about these particular updates. I do know a little bit of how the update numbering sequences are determined. I'll speculate that Rapture 1.11 would have a narrower focus (e.g. Leopard).

A jump from Dimension 1.2 -> 1.3 sounds bit larger in scope, don't you think? Perhaps that will bring it in line with the other synths and Vista requirements. It may/may not have a new feature or two in store. I do know this: I've noticed 1001 little tweaks that make it into each new revision of Rene's synths. The attention to detail is remarkable, and many of the tweaks never make it into the ad copy as such.

Personally, I'll update both synths as soon as the downloads are available (and I've long since reverted back to WinXP Pro).

So still no stand-alone client for DimPro like sfz.exe had?

And no clever velocity-sensitive bar to test sounds with like sfz.exe had?

I knew it and downloaded/installed it, but I forgot to note it on the Wiki. But there is a link to it there now in the "Software for Use with Dimension" section of the "Dimension Pro" section of the Project5 Wiki.

Umm, does anyone know when these are coming out?
Or, am I missing them if they've already been released?

Just curious. I've been waiting anxiously for Rapture and Dim Pro to grace my Macbook once again.
