Upgrade path to X2 Producer from X1 Studio

Upgrade path to X2 Producer from X1 Studio

Can someone help me understand the upgrad path from X1 Studio.
I would like to end up with X1 Producer or X2 Studio
I would like to know the costs.

    There is no upgrade path the X1 Producer at this time. Based on the info at the US store either upgrade to X2 Studio at $49 or X2 Producer at $149.
