Upgraded but didn't get sale price

I upgraded from X3 to Professional a month or so back. Only after that did I learn of the sale CW is having, 50% off upgrades all summer. I tried contacting them about getting this sale price, as I paid full price during the sale period, not knowing about the promotion. They never got back with me about it. I am possibly interested in changing my upgrade to Platinum instead of Professional while the sale is on, but I probably need to cnacel my current upgrade and redo it to get to Platinum, or whatever. Could someone at CW help me out? 

Sonar Version: Platinum  
Audio Interface: M-Audio Delta
Computer: Dell i5 3.1 GHz, 12Gb RAM, Windows 10 64-bit
Soft Synths: EastWest PLAY Symphonic Orchestra
MIDI Controllers: M-Audio 2x2 MidiSport Anniv Edition
Settings: 16-Bit, Sample Rate 44.1k, ASIO Buffer Size 128-1024, Record/Playback I/O Buffers play:256k, rec: 64k, Total Round Trip Latency 48 ms
