Upgraded to X3 Producer - XLN Addictive Drums "Out of Serial Numbers"

Hi,
 
I finally took the plunge and upgraded to X3 Producer (from Studio) this weekend but when I check my registered products I notice that XLN Addictive Drums says "Out of Serial Numbers".
 
Can anyone please help to resolve this as AD was one of the main reasons I upgraded.
 
Also, I cannot see how to download the free "SONAR X3 Advanced Workshop: Virtual Instruments Revealed" video. It's showing as £29.99 on the Cakewalk store.

    Moved to the Cakewalk store. This forum is for Cakewalk Store issues and is actively monitored by Cakewalk staff (although this is a holiday weekend). It sounds like a typical Black Friday rush at the Cakewalk store.
     
    Cakewalk is given a blocks of AD product codes (aka serial numbers) from XLN. When traffic is high at the Cakewalk store, they run through their allocation. Usually the problem is remedied within a business day or two. It may be Tuesday before the issue is resolved. You will get your product code, it will take some time.
     
    I am sure the video will be added to your account. If it is not in the account by the time the AD product code is delievered, you may need to email Cakewalk Sales.

    Can I go ahead and install the remainder of X3 Producer and add XLN AD when I receive the serial?
    Also, I had previously purchased Dimension Pro and Melodyne full so I assume that I can just miss these out of the X3 Producer installations?

    Yes, proceed with the upgrade. XLN uses a completely separate install process. It requires downloading an installer from their web site. All of their products are installed over the net using their installer.
     
    DimPro is a separate install. If you already have DimPro, don't bother to download the DimPro files. I assume you already installed the 3 free expansion packs after buying DimPro, they have been available for years. They show up as separate folders in the DimPro browser. If you have not installed the expansion packs, they are the dimpro zip file in the Producer installation files. You can install them without re-installing the main DimPro program.
     
    Since you are already running the full version, run the SONAR advanced install and uncheck Melodyne to skip running the Melodyne installer.
     
    Make sure after installing to download and run the Producer X3e update http://www.cakewalk.com/S...13361/SONAR-X3e-Update

    One final thing...I purchased the CA-2A Leveling Amplifier + PC4K S type Channel Compressor bundle a little while ago. Just checking that these aren't already included in Producer?

    No, they are not part of Producer. They are separate products with their own installers. There have been occasions in the past when the PC4K S-type Channel Compressor was bundled with SONAR Producer as a promo item or special bundled product. Even then, the it used a separate installer.     There were multiple reports of the video issue like yours and this one http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3124261. And we don't know how many emails to support about it. I am sure now that Andrew acknowledged one of them, they will check all the accounts which recently purchased.

    Ok I now have a serial for Addictive Drums, thanks. 
     
    Just waiting for the free Video now. I also emailed support but haven't heard anything back as yet.
