Upgrading Sonar x1 Studio

Hello!

I thought that it should be possible to upgrade from Sonar x1 Studio to Producer and get the X2 upgrade free, until october 31st. It seems that Cakewalk doesn't sell X1 upgrades anymore. So my question is, would it have been the same price to upgrade X1 Studio to X1 Producer as what it costs to upgrade from X1 Studio to X2 Producer?
