Upgrading from Studio to Producer Question

Hello,
I am thinking of getting the $99 upgrade from Studio X1 to Producer X1.  Right now I have X1 32bit and X1 64bit on my computer.  Will I have to get two downloads, one for each?  Also, does the upgrade download just add the extra Producer componets to my Studio versions or do the downloads completely replace Studio X1 with Producer X1?  I am always a bit nervous with downloading stuff, as I know it can introduce problems at times.
Thanks,

Seth said on another thread yesterday that X2 wasn't coming either this year or even early next year, so I wouldn't worry about that.

The X1 Producer installation DVD has both the 32bit and 64bit programs on it, so you will not be downloading two separate files for the 32bit and 64bit versions.

The upgrade is a new installation to a new directory. It does not use any files from your X1 Studio installation or add any thing to your X1 Studio installation directory.

Thanks to all for your information.  I have decided to go with the boxed version.  Cakewalk customer service said that the download time is substantial and that it is best to purchase the installation DVD's.

I bought the boxed version, as well. :) Good choice.
