Upload/download big files

I am looking for a free site to transfer (upload/download) large files.

    I use www.box.com. I think the free account is 5GB storage. There are others like Yousendit, Adrive etc.

    I use sendspace dot com to send large files.... up to 300MB I think..... on a free account. 

    No need to compress or zip, and they have not choked the bandwidth back on me like some of the other sites have done.  I use drop box but the UL/DL speeds are deplorable.
