I have been informed MANY times in various, seemingly unnecessarily frantic, discussions about chili that REAL chili does not contain any beans whatsover.
I personally disagree with this assertion but hey, I'm just a Canadian.

Do you add Ghost Chili in it? I love Ghost Chili. I think i am immune in some ways to Chili. I but it is more pleasant to eat Chili with Ghost Chili in it wit some sour cream. It also makes a really good add.

I do a mild to medium heating on the chili peppers with jalapenos
I do add much colby jack and corn tortillas
