Using Groove clips to fix timing

I have read in the help files that if I copy a piece of audio to the windows clip board and then go to the groove quantize box that I can "choose the clip board " and use the piece of audio that I copied for a timing reference. I cannot find a place in the groove quantize box that lets me "choose clip board". Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I have tried to right click so that I can paste but that is disabled. Thanks.

    From the help file:
Any MIDI data that you place onto the Windows clipboard can be used as a groove pattern. With a carefully defined groove pattern, you can give an old project an entirely new feel. If you like the groove pattern you have created, you can save it to a groove file.

So copy a midi clip with the right timing (right click/copy) then open groove quantize on the clip you want to affect. Under "Groove File" you'll see <Clipboard> selected. That's what you just copied. Adjust parameters, hit "ok" and you're done.

To get the groove from a piece of audio, you must first 'extract timing', which puts the midi timing on the clipboard, or onto a track, whichever you prefer. It takes some working (hint: use 'audition') and is affected by latency, but it does work.

Paul will this fix an issue of tracks going out of time with each other... ? i.e. I record the first audio track and the second audio track goes out of time at about measure 15... ???
