Using Guitar Rig in Guitar Tracks 4

Hello All!
 
I can't seem to figure out how to use the Guitar Rig portion of Guitar Tracks. Do I need to "load" it into Guitar Tracks somehow?

    Hi there Joe, welcome to the forum.
     
    We'll soon get you up and running, but it would really help to know which versions of Guitar Tracks and Guitar Rig you are using.
     
    Did Guitar Rig come bundled with Guitar Tracks, or is it the full commercial version?

    If it is the version bundled with GTP4, I remember struggling a bit with this, and the key is to register it and do an installation of the Guitar Rig as a standalone (install it without opening GTP4).  Then when you open GTP4, on a given track, click on Add Effects then Audio and it should be there (mine is at the bottom of the list of effects) .   If you try to open it up and activate it inside of GTP4 it doesn't work.
