Using Sonar X2 with east west play

Hi Folks, I've recently added east west libraries to my music. Despite the fact the play 64 dll is in the vst folder. Any help would be appreciated as it worked fine in Band in a box 2018. I've done the scanning with the plug in manager and it doesn't show up.

I use 8.5, but I have also trouble with Sonar finding EW stuff. I move it around to other folders until I get it to be recognized.
