Using a small condenser + DI for live acoustic

Hi. I see it done a lot on video performances of live acoustic guitar / singer gigs: micing the guitar with usually a small diaphragm..sometimes alone or combined with DI. I just want to learn more about it, and get advice on best practices for doing a solo gig this way, versus just sticking with DI.

Use a feedback buster in the sound hole.

    Be gentle with the volume.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
