Using the VS 100 and Octa-Capture together
I have had my VS 100 for over a year. It has worked with no problems using Sonar, Sound Forge and Vegas. However, I have given up my 20 channel mixer as we have moved to smaller quarters and I needed the space. I decided to replace the lost inputs with the Roland Octa-Capture as I can use it solo or connect it with the VS100 as an expansion module. So far, so good. I will update this post going forward as I cannot find another thread using these interfaces synced together.
Win 10 Pro x64, 32Gb DDR3 ram, Sonar Platinum, Cubase 9.5, Mackie MCU Pro, Cakewalk VS 100, Roland Octa-Capture, A 800 Pro, Carver M-1.5t amp & C4000 pre amp, various mics, drums and brass instruments. And away we go!
