Using your video card for processing effect?

Anyone see this? there is an article about it in this months SOS

    An interesting concept. I'd be reluctant to employ any effect that relied on a particular piece of hardware, unless it was a dedicated DSP card like a UAD2. I'd also have some reservations about possible bus contention and possible issues with automatic delay compensation. And it'll probably only handle a single audio channel, thus depriving the user of the main benefit of hardware DSP, which is the ability to have CPU-intensive effects on multiple channels. But the concept is certainly interesting. Let us know how it works for you!

    I posted a thread on this a while back. The Cuda technology seems really promising for the future. Cakewalk has stayed ahead of the curve lately when it come to new technologies. I wonder if they have considered cuda compatibility
