Sonar VS will run in 32 bit mode, and there is no reason you couldn't use EZ Drummer with it, although I have not tried that myself. Make sure you load the 32 bit version of EZ Drummer though. As for NI Komplete - I don't have experience with it, but again - if you load the 32 bit version you will be fine. You can't run 64 bit plugins in 32 bit hosts - even if Windows is 64 bit.
Will there be memory issues? Likely not! If you only have 4 gig in the machine to start with Sonar VS can see all of that and will be able to use as much as Windows let's it use. If you put 8 gig in, Sonar can still only use 4, but it will have exclusive access to 4 gig! There are many of us running Sonar Producer on 32 bit setups with 4 gig of ram. It should not be a problem.
