VC 64 Lives!

I just want to give a shout out to this great channel strip.  I was messing with a vocal track, trying all the PC modules, different combos of compressors and EQs, having no real luck. Couldn't find the magic.   Then I thought "what the hell, lets turn everything off and throw the VC 64 on there".  I did, chose my go to preset "Breathing Vox" and boom.  It was perfect.  I barely had to adjust the compressors!  I love this plug. It just sounds great.  Period.

Really love to see the VC64 as a pro channel. I know it is not a big deal but the integration would such a no brainer. In fact, thinking about it, Cake could create pro-channel variants?
You could have a choice of default channel strips say vocals, guitar, bass and drums each with a different style pro channel option:
    Vocals:  VC64, CA2A etc
Guitar:  where do you start? Chorus, limiter, compression
    Bass: Limiter, compression etc.
    Drums: PX64, limiter/compressor etc.

CbB, Splat, HP Pavillion i5, Win 10 64bit, 6G ram, Scarlett 8i6, Kontakt 5 plus a shed load of hardware, synths & guitars collected over 50 years.

You can do exactly that with ProChannels's FX Chain module. :o)

I continue to use VC 64 on vocals ever since it was introduced.  I wish they would update it for 64bit (it's a 32bit plugin), but regardless, it's still awesome!
