VCA Group/Master in X1?

I just learned about Voltage Controlled Amplifier grouping of tracks, i.e. ability to group all vocals and adjust volume in mix without affecting level of wet sends.  I have wanted to do this for a long time, but did not know how to do it with a SONAR buss.  Does X1 have this capability and how do you do it?

Yes but the easier way is to bus every thing to a single bus, all vox and vox fx bus, then automate the bus....

select all the tracks you want to  use..click on the send in any track..use the insert send assistent..to pick new bus..pick your effect..now color group all your selected tracks that you previously selected..this is also less taxing on your cpu because rather than using an effect on every bin..there routed to the new bus..control all faders with one now..you effects will stay but your track volume will move..if you want you could color group the bus to so it would move with the track also

Not sure I follow.  For example I have 4 vocal tracks in harmnoy each with a send to a reverb and a delay, each with different amounts of send.  How do I get all 4 going to a Group buss so I can control group volume without affecting the % wet?

go to the console veiw...left click in the fader panel..you will see a menu..see groups..when you hover over groups a pop out menu comes out with colors..make all your vocals(tracks) the same color on each fader..now by moving one..they all move together..your buss'es and effects dont move at all..everything stays the same except the faders moving.its called grouping..if i were you id check out the help manualsearch groups..it will tell you everthing..good luck..anything else ill keep checking and get back to you..let me know how you make out
