VSL In Sonar X1

Having recently bought VSL Special Edition, I am learning how to set it up and work with it in Sonar.

One thing I'm having trouble with is using Velocity Switching between instrument articulations. In the example screen shot below I have set up Violins II on channel 11 in a Vienna Ensemble instance, shown in Vienna Instrument view on the right half of the screen, and a corresponding Sonar track shown on the left in PRV view with the velocity lane showing at the bottom. A four-note chord is entered. Notice the Vienna Instrument shows Velocity set as the means of articulation switching. It shows the velocity at 25 which corresponds to the "detache" articulation. Notice Sonar also shows the velocity at 25. When I click on "Play" Sonar plays the correct notes but it is the "tremelo" articulation instead of "detache." The same thing happened on Violins I. Originally the notes were entered at velocity 100, which would be a "tremelo" selection, but I edited the velocity to 25 to test if things were working right...and they're not.

I don't have the slightest clue what I'm doing wrong. Could someone who uses Sonar and VSL point me towards a possible solution?
