VST FX in the Synth Rack

Hi folks,
I'm noticing in X3 that some VST FX (not just VSTi as in X2) are now showing up in the synth rack. For example, Autotune7 and Magic AB have been showing up. It seems to be tied to a registry setting for those VST's. Setting the "generateEvents" registry key to "0" instead of "1" for the VST causes this to stop, but I don't know what the purpose of that key is or if I can disable/enable it outside regedit.

Anyone know what this is and why it causes VST FX to show up in the synth rack?

Thanks
Dean

Gah! 10 years on this forum and still I fail to fully and correctly search a topic before posting? Sheesh...how embarrassing.

Thanks Steve...

No problem.   I already knew it was there yet it still took me a few minutes to find it.

Ha! Gotta be it!
It's that extra 24 hours of practice that made all the difference!
