VST Plugin Size on High Resolution Monitors

I have been searching to find an answer but haven't come across one yet, hoping I haven't overlooked the obvious. Is there any way to adjust the scaling size of VST plugins on high resolution monitors? I have 2 x 24" monitors, each running at 1920x1080 resolution. Sonar itself is great on these screens, lots of real estate to play with. But some plugins are so damn small with their text and buttons they are almost unusable.
 
I can decrease the resolution but this makes things blurry and I lose the screen real estate for Sonar itself. How is everyone else out there managing? I see that other DAWs have some features to manage this. Fruity Loops appears to have some bridging options to support plugins that do not native rescale. Does Sonar have similar options somewhere? Is this something planned?
 
Maybe I just need to ditch some of the older plugins and find modern replacements.

    If a plugin is windows 10 certified you should be able to resize everything. As they aren't stand alone apps (a MS criteria) it might be impossible for this to happen though.

    Yep, I have the same issue. Some plugins like Kontakt have a font size setting. There's also the Windows screen magnifier that can help. I'm not at my desk and forget the hot key.
