VST Scan Error

OK... I am having a problem with the 64 bit versions of the Waves plugins that I have and I need help from the pro's.... this keeps popping up during a scan, VST Scan Error:[WaveShell-VST 9.91_x64] Open, then I can't load, or use the 64 bit versions... I have uninstalled, reinstalled, re downloaded, reset scan, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah.... can't figure it out. Everything was fine yesterday, then today, boom! Ran a virus scan, all OK, the plugs are Grand Rhapsody, Real-time Tune, and GEQ set. Any idea's what I screwed up? added note, vst2 and vst3 are both affected
