VST and plugins in S5

One issue I'm having with S4 and the VST adapter is the organization of the plugins. I have a zillion VSTs and they all go in the single VST folder which doesn't make it easy. Everytime I need a plugin, I need to do tons of scrolling.
The other detail that could be improved is that the plugins are not time-synced by default so everytime I have a trouble with a VST and I register them all again, I need to individually select which ones will be time synced.

I read that the VSTs are now native with Sonar 5, is that making a difference for the plugins folders and the tempo sync?
